Life with the Social Phobia, 1

This is my new drawing series. I just draw situations, metaphorically, saw by a person with socia phobia/anxiety, compared to "normal" people.

I've had social phobia over 10 years. It's gotten much better now, with medication mainly, but the last decicion hast to come from oneself. You have to realize that it's your head, your mind and YOUR LIFE, you can do something - anything, everything - for it. It's hard, but step by step (don't take too big step or you probably fall back even more) it's possible if you just want to. You don't need to live with it and suffer from it your whole life no matter if you got a diagnosis. It's a paper. You should, like, burn it one day. You just have to want it and believe yourself. And it's the same thing with every mental illness. Mind is yours. Don't let it rule YOUR life!


I'm sorry for my scanner! I really don't understand why it looks like the A4 papers don't fit in it! Or they do, but it will leave just a little, little part away from it! No matter what I did with the settings. And these papers also are so weird, the sides aren't symmetric, wtf
